Amazing hotel. Super cozy lounge and restaurant with a perfect combination of tradition and modern elements. The restaurant has live music in a wide room and great food. Rooms are clean, comfortable and exactly what you need after a long day in the mountains. Super friendly staff! Loved it!

Terrible hotel. The room was falling apart, small and dated. The cleaner tried to barge in every morning between 8.30 and 9.30 without knocking. The breakfast was good, but they have a problem with wasps and almost nothing savory. The shower was a trickle of water. They don't have enough parking. The village and area on the other hand are beautiful. I would have been fine with this if the price was 60-80€ but it was 120€. To be fair the room was clean apart from the marks on the wall and we didn't use the spa.

Good place , good breakfast. A little bit expensive diner if you eat in their restaurant. If you don't know Italian it is no problem as long as you know English. Hotel provided free rides to us to and from monte pora which is nice because we did not have a car. Room: good, has free water and tea. Enough space. Bed is fine but I did not like that it was made from two mattresses. They did from two mattresses one big bed which is not good . Shower is good but has some leaks. Overall, experience is good. Had a little trouble with a door lock.

The floor was dusty, the hotel feels a bit "tired", the room was so hot, I had to open the balcony door when it was 0 degrees out just to balance out the temp. No thermostat and no one to answer the phone at night. The rest is just what you would expect from a regular hotel.

Very good coffee, very nice and cozy look, but in all local we felt chlor from SPA. I hope, there was something broke for moment, because the place is very comfortable for rest 😊 …

Got in to use the free wifi, and got their afternoon drink + cakes combo. Nice. Bar / restaurant is pretty, with a lot of natural light

Not worth the money and hype. The room is very old and not much comfortable. We stayed 2 nights and the meals are not worth it. Every meal is a disaster. I should say people are nice though. Not recommend.
